Things to Know

Arrival & Check-In

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment or sauna visit to check in and prepare.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other guests.

  • Check in at the front desk; lockers are provided for personal belongings.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Massage & Skincare Services: 24-hour notice required. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

  • Public Sauna Visits: 4-hour notice required. No-shows or cancellations under 4 hours are charged in full. Pre-paid packages redeem one visit per booking.

  • Private Sauna Rentals: 48-hour notice required. Deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior. Cancellations under 48 hours are charged in full.

Health & Safety

  • Guests with cold, flu, or contagious symptoms are asked to stay home to protect staff and other guests.

  • Masks are optional; if you prefer your practitioner to wear one during treatment, please ask.

  • Sauna heat can be intense; stay hydrated and consult staff if you are pregnant, have medical conditions, or are new to saunas.

Facility Guidelines

  • All public sauna days are all-gender, age 16+ (under 18 with an adult).

  • Sauna is not included with massage or facial treatments but can be booked separately.

  • Multiple sauna guests require separate appointments or a private rental.

  • Swimwear required during public hours. Bring a swimsuit and water bottle.

  • Shower before entering the sauna; complimentary body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

  • Facility is a quiet-conversation zone. NE location has silent and social sauna spaces—please speak softly.

  • Unplug: leave phones in lockers and enjoy your visit.

  • Secure lockers are provided. Return keys on check-out. $20 fee for lost keys or locks.

  • Physical displays of affection are strictly prohibited.

Enhance Your Visit

  • Ask about whisking, DIY face masks, soothing foot soaks, body salts, cleansing tea, and cold beverages to complement your experience.

  • Treatments and add-ons can be booked in advance or during your visit.

Payment & Receipts

  • We do not bill health insurance directly, but itemized receipts are available for reimbursement. Tax ID: 88-0843729.

  • Payment accepted via cash, card, or pre-paid packages.

  • Gratuity for practitioners is optional but appreciated.
