2 Hour Sauna Experience
Visit to our facility for up to two hours, from check-in to check-out at the front desk. Facility includes sauna, showers, locker room and lounge area. Includes towel and robe and showers with house made shampoo, conditioners and body wash.

Summer Stillness Sauna Special
Two hours of time in our sauna facility. During that time we will prepare a Lemon + Spruce foot soak for you to enjoy in the lounge, a DIY Dr. Hauschka Soothing face mask, our Cleansing Spice Tea and a Rosemary Mint salt scrub to use during your final shower.

Included with every Ritual Day, these guided experiences are designed to deepen your connection to heat, nature, and rest. Rituals rotate throughout the day based on the sauna schedule.
Aufguss
A guided steam ritual where water and essential oils are introduced to the stones as a sauna guide uses rhythmic fan movements to circulate heat and steam, creating an immersive sensory experience.
Group Whisking
Experience the Finnish tradition of whisking with fragrant oak and birch branches (vihta). Gentle sweeping motions and the natural aroma of the leaves promote circulation, encourage relaxation, and create a shared sense of connection.
Aromatherapy
A sensory ritual featuring seasonal botanicals and essential oils that complement the warmth of the sauna, inviting calm, clarity, and relaxation.
Meditation
A guided meditation that invites you to slow down, connect with your breath, and settle into the present moment while embracing the restorative warmth of the sauna.

Design your sauna experience
Your special includes up to 2 hours in the sauna facility, a single-use Dr. Hauschka face mask of your choice, a relaxing aromatherapy foot soak of your choice (Rosemary, Spruce, Sage, Lemon or Lavender), cleansing spice tea, and body salts for the shower. Foot soak and add-ons prepared and served by Sauna Attendants.

Join us for monthly Ritual Days at our Northeast and Southeast locations. Included with any sauna visit, enjoy guided sauna experiences throughout the day featuring rotating Aufguss, group whisking, aromatherapy, and meditation.

Experience a traditional 20-minute whisking treatment using fragrant oak and birch branches (vihta) to promote circulation, relaxation, and healthy skin.
Includes an exfoliating foot scrub and cleansing tea.
