Visit to our facility for up to two hours, from check-in to check-out at the front desk. Facility includes sauna, showers, locker room and lounge area. Includes towel and robe and showers with house made shampoo, conditioners and body wash.

Sagewood Sauna Seasonal
Two hours of time in our sauna facility. During that time we will prepare a Sage + Spruce foot soak for you to enjoy in the lounge, a DIY Dr. Hauschka Soothing face mask, our cleansing spice tea and a Cedarwood + Sweet Orange salt scrub to use during your final shower.

Sauna Upgrade
Design your sauna experience
Your special includes up to 2 hours in the sauna facility, a single-use Dr. Hauschka face mask of your choice, a relaxing aromatherapy foot soak of your choice (Rosemary, Spruce, Sage, Lemon or Lavender), cleansing spice tea, and body salts for the shower. Foot soak and add-ons prepared and served by Sauna Attendants.

Whisking
Whisking is a traditional sauna bodywork that boosts circulation and refreshes the skin using fragrant bundles of oak and birch branches, called vihta in Finland. During this 15-minute treatment, warm whisks are rhythmically brushed and tapped over the body to stimulate heat and relaxation, with cool water poured as needed for balance.
Includes an exfoliating foot scrub with our house-made body salts and cleansing tea.
