Our Southeast Portland facility is designed for relaxation in a beautiful, clean and communal setting inspired by the sauna culture of Scandinavia. We set out to blend the accessibility and warmth of a traditional sauna with the qualities of a modern day spa. We believe the warm after-glow of a good sauna should be a regular part of life.
An entry fee of $20 allows a visit including use of robe, sandals, towels and a three hour time limit. Five visits can be purchased for $80 for one-person use. Our facility includes a cedar sauna, wet steam room, relaxation lounge, showers and locker room. The spacious lounge area provides a comfortable retreat for relaxation and cooling during the sauna experience. During summer days our facility is cool and air-conditioned, with our main lounge open-air in the evenings.
Single portions of beauty products like sea salt body scrubs and a selection of face masks are available at the sales counter. We carry holistic Dr. Hauschka skincare line in single use to compliment your visit or full size to enjoy at home.
Our Licensed Massage Therapists are trained to provide professional Swedish relaxation or Deep Tissue massage suited to your needs. Please call for advance appointments for Massage.
