Tina hails from Germany where sauna is a regular part of life, and she has her routine down pat.

What is your sauna routine and how does sauna improve your life?

I come once a week and usually stay for one hour: shower, dry sauna, cold shower, dry sauna, cold shower, rest:) shower.

And do it all again the following week.

1) I have better immunity, get sick less, and when I do, the symptoms are less debilitating and don’t last long.

2) It’s an opportunity to purify, reflect, meditate, love myself and my body.

3) Deepens my gratitude for life.
