What is your sauna routine and how does sauna improve your life?
I sauna at least once a month, but often come in more regularly than that when I can. My routine is simple: bathe, breathe, cultivate stillness.
I like to take a cold shower about half way through my first sauna of the session…the feeling of coming back into the warmth is like coming home.
Sauna has made my life so much better. I notice improvement in sleep always; my body feels better and since finding Löyly and saunaing regularly I’m sick way less. It’s also helped me fall in love with and celebrate my body, it’s awesome!
